Chinese lottery centre enters contract with information technology company
GTECH, an information technology company providing software, networks, and professional services for transaction processing solutions, recently announced a decade-long contract with a lottery service in China.
GTECH signed the ten year contract with China’s Shenzhen Welfare Lottery Centre, which will allow for an update of the current Keno system as well as the implementation of lottery sales.
“We are pleased to have this opportunity,” said GTECH President and CEO Jaymin B. Patel, “to increase the range of lottery solutions and services we provide to Shenzhen Welfare Lottery Issuing Center.”
As GTECH plans on further expansion in China this contract is an important first step.
